KRAKEN Investments' Property Management Division, the fee management arm of KRAKEN, is the in-house manager for all holdings.  The tenant / landlord relationship is in these times of high vacancy and lowered rates is crucial and delicate.  Because we are both the owners and managers of our portfolio, we have a higher degree of incentive and appreciation to keep turnover to a minimum.  We maintain this symbiotic relationship with our tenants by addressing issues promptly and efficiently, keeping any disruptions to their businesses to an absolute minimum while protecting the landlord's bottom line profitability.
